Manage the quality assurance of your deliverables
Submittal is an application to prepare archives of Quality Assurance-compliant files, primarily CAD files, for upload into document management systems.
When preparing a compilation of drawing files to be uploaded into a document management system, such as Bentley ProjectWise®, it is useful to be able to deliver a package which is known to comply with Quality Assurance guidelines. These QA checks may include:

CAD standards

Indexation with all required attributes

Delivery in all the required formats (e.g. each drawing must also have accompanying PDF)

Existence of a digital signature.
The advantages in having all contractors use the ControlCAD Submittal tool:
